Tk100 Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance – wagering requirements must be met first.

Withdrawal Rejection

Tk100 reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal request for the following reasons:

• Account verification is incomplete
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
• If the bonus wagering requirements are not met
• If an investigation into a rule violation on the account is ongoing

Tk100 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that users must follow.

General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be specified on the relevant Promotions Page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit after a bonus is credited.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry date has passed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• When using a bonus code, it must be applied before making a deposit.

Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only, and each user is entitled to it once. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently banned.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a bet is placed before an event begins and the event is subsequently cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

• Tk100 reserves the right to accept or reject delayed bets in live betting.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each market and event, and may vary accordingly. tk100 reserves the right to review and verify large bets.

Result Determination

Tk100 uses internationally recognized sources to determine betting results. In the case of disputed outcomes, tk100's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk100 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Manipulating betting outcomes or colluding with third parties
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Tk100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is confirmed
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Participation in prohibited activities
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

Voluntary Account Closure

You can voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Tk100 is a strong believer in responsible gaming. We want our users to see gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction or financial hardship.

• You can set deposit limits at any time.
• You can temporarily lock your account for a set period (7 days, 1 month, or 6 months).
• The option to permanently self-exclude is always available.
